There are no restrictions on investing in Monaco real estate. If you’ve got the money, they’ve got plenty of products.
Walk down the main street and you will see dozens of real estate brokers. You will notice pictures and property descriptions in the windows. Simply walk in, point at the one you want, offer about 10% less than the asking price. You pay for it and you will be the proud owner of an apartment, office, or store.
You may know that Monaco real estate is very pricey, and so you may have to pay as much as $1 million for a small studio.
It would be hard for a foreigner without a local income to get a mortgage loan, so you will have to pay cash.
